1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a taxi or using any service offered by Jignesh Enterprise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from our team.
- You must provide accurate pickup, drop location, and date details.
3. Payment
- Fares are charged per kilometre as listed on our fleet page.
- Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes are borne by the passenger.
- Payment can be made via cash or UPI at the end of the journey.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 2+ hours before the trip — No charge.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of the trip — 20% cancellation fee applies.
- No-show by passenger — Full fare may be charged.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly. Smoking, alcohol consumption inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Jignesh Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We take full care to ensure safety but cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control.
7. Privacy
Your personal information (name, phone number, trip details) is used solely for booking and communication purposes and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts in Kutch (Gandhidham), Gujarat.
